The Chilifest Expo
Booths are available for Chili and Non-Chili Exhibitors in a variety of sizes.
Join dozens of fine restaurants, chefs, groups, and purveyors of all things spicy at the Chilifest Expo Hall, occupying over 000 square feet of space in Chelsea Market’s grand 8000 foot hallway- it’s an entire city-block long!

Chili Booths Standard $400. Deluxe $750
Chili-Booths are required to provide chili-samples for all event attendees (5 gal. min.) All ‘Chili-Exhibitors’ will be automatically entered into the Chilifest Cook-Off, but are not required to compete.

‘Chili Booth’ Exhibitors are provided with Tables, Chairs, Tablecloths, Napkins, Spoons, and Sample Cups. Exhibitors must provide their own non-electric chafing dishes. All chili must be pre-prepared, although stoves will be available in the event of a chili-emergency.

Non-Chili Booths Standard $600. Deluxe $950
All exhibitors are welcome to set-up and reach over 11,000 targeted consumers,however exhibition booths are for promotional use only and no products may be sold without prior permission from the festival organizers.
